Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. was formed in 1986 for the express purpose of creating a complete design and build team.  Various design and construction professionals are associated with Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. in order to provide complete development services to our clients, who normally require fast, accurate and cost effective design and build services from conceptual site planning through turn-key construction. 

Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. has become one of the largest builders in Nevada County with a reputation for fast-track design, approval and construction of commercial office and industrial buildings, particularly specializing in buildings for the health care and high tech industries. 

In 1991 Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. associated with Pacific Land Enterprises, Inc., a full service development and project management company.  Together Pacific Land Enterprises, Inc. and Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. and their associated professionals have successfully completed several hundred thousand square feet of design and build projects on time and on budget in the Nevada, Placer and Yuba county areas. 

Sierra Foothills Construction Company, Inc. president and owner Keoni Allen has been in the construction industry since 1972.  His background and experience varies widely from shopping centers in Las Vegas to large multi-family developments in the San Francisco bay area, to industrial and commercial buildings in Grass Valley. 

Professional affiliations include the Nevada County Contractors Association, Nevada County Resource Conservation District, and the Nevada County Economic Resource Council.
