Keoni Allen, President

Mr. Allen has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. His background and experience varies widely from shopping centers in Las Vegas to large multi-family developments in the San Francisco bay area, to high tech research and development and medical office buildings in Grass Valley.

Professional affiliations include the President of the Nevada County Contractors Association, Treasurer of the Nevada County Economic Resource Council, member of the board of the Nevada County Resource Conservation District, the City of Grass Valley Planning Commission, and various local boards and committees.

Jeff Johnson, Project Manager

Mr. Johnson brings over 20 years of commercial real estate development and construction management to Sierra Foothills Construction Company. His responsibilities include business development, directing the efforts of architect, engineers and governmental agency approvals, and customer relations. Professional affiliations include Nevada County Economic Resource Council Board Member and Grass Valley Downtown Association Economic Restructuring Committee.


Wendy Schutt, Operations Manager and Contract Coordinator

Wendy Schutt brings over 18 years experience with business administration to the management team. She has held key positions in civil engineering, land development, construction and design/build firms. Her current responsibilities include contract administration, project cost accounting, project billing, and overseeing general office clerical requirements. Professional affiliations include Grass Valley Downtown Association Marketing Committee.


Kirk McCauley, On-Site Project Supervisor

With over 30 years in the construction industry , Mr. McCauley has been involved in construction locally since 1975. His experience includes commercial and industrial projects, custom homes and interior tenant improvements.

Mr. McCauley's efforts include estimating, materials, scheduling, and on-site supervision of employees and subcontractors.
