KEONI ALLEN, PRESIDENT
Keoni Allen formed Sierra Foothills Construction Company in 1986 as Nevada County’s first true design/build firm. Since that time, Sierra Foothills Construction Company has helped many local, national, and international clients realize their facilities needs in the Grass Valley area.
Keoni and Sierra Foothills Construction Company developed the art of fast track design, permitting and construction. We have also perfected the concept of providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price to our clients, allowing them to determine total project costs. JEFF JOHNSON, LEED® AP -
PROJECT MANAGER
Jeff Johnson, Project Manager for Sierra Foothills Construction Company, has overseen the completion of many large projects. With over 20 years experience, Jeff maintains diligent work ethic and extraordinary professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, and subcontractors. As Project Manager, Jeff acts as liaison, focusing on project budget and schedule, ensuring architect and owner satisfaction. He achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council and possesses a thorough understanding of green building principles and familiarity with the LEED requirements and certification process. WENDY SCHUTT, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Wendy Schutt brings over 23 years experience with business administration to the management team. She has held key positions in civil engineering, land development, construction and design/build firms. Her current responsibilities include project draw management, project cost accounting, workers compensation and liability insurance management. Wendy also manages payroll and tax reporting. She assists the contract manager with submittal and subcontract management and the project superintendent on daily reporting. Wendy has been with Sierra Foothills Construction since 1991. CRISTYN PAGE, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Cristyn has over 19 years of experience in the building industry. Her responsibilities include plan and bid management, and document control management. She also assists with bid preparation. Additionally she handles submittal management and subcontractor and vendor certifications as well as general office management. KIRK MCCAULEY, SUPERINTENDENT
Kirk McCauley is a Project Superintendent for Sierra Foothills Construction Company. Kirk has over 30 years of construction experience with 22 years as Superintendent. Kirk’s ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and to motivate his subcontractors and employees is key to his success.
As Superintendent, Kirk provides his full professional and personal attention to every project. His attention to detail and focus on quality and safety are instrumental in successful projects and total customer satisfaction. Kirk has been with Sierra Foothills Construction since 1986.
