CITY OF GRASS VALLEY GOLD CITY AWARD
The Gold City Award Program is a means of recognition for commercial, industrial and residential development projects within the city limits of Grass Valley that implement the goals and policies of the General Plan and Community Design Guidelines by maintaining the balance of preserving the existing, natural and historical heritage of Grass Valley and small town rural character, while accommodating growth and revitalization in the community.
